Why do I always get nauseous playing video games?

Whenever I start playing video games, on N64, Gamecube, Wii, Xbox, etc, I can’t play too long before I start to get a headache and feel extremely nauseous and can’t continue playing. It doesn’t matter what game it is, it always happens. Why is it happening and what can I do..I really want to play video games like I used to again ):

You are probably staring at the TV too much.

Could be all the flashing lights, or if there’s any excessive amount of spinning involved in the game that could cause it too, playing video games for extended periods of time always gives me headaches so I feel your pain D:

OHH I do too! Especially Portal, Sonic and Call of Duty. Its probably because we dont blink…haha <3
