My work out schedule
Ok it may seem extreme to some but oh well. Ok abbs: first I do around 55 crunches to start my abbs off and get them burning, then I hold myself with arms back at a half way crunch for usualy a minute. Arms: first I get a timer of some sort and put it were I can easily see it. Then I find a clear spot on the wall, next I do a handstand against the wall for around 1 minute and towards the end I do 10 full pushups wile in that posision. I hold myself as long as possible after wards. Then when my arms give out or I do, I go and do 33 pushups normaly and like the abbs hold myself just a little off the ground for about a minute. I take a 30 second break and start over. I do these 3 times each. When I want to really work out I will do this but times 5 on the reps. So 275 crunches and a 5 minute hold. And arms are the same. Legs are easy. Just sit like your in a chair against the wall to were you wuf fall backwards if the wall wasnt there and also make sure your feet are the only things touching the ground. I do this until my legs give out on me. After all this typing I think im gunu go do those now
Why would one do so many crunches? You could get the same, or better results by doing 15 sets of crunches PROPERLY. People seem to think that doing 500 sit ups will give you abs and a flat stomach. Doing 15 PROPER ab exercises will give you just as good abs. Obviously you are not going to see those abs/flat stomach if you have a layer of fat on your stomach. You would need to introduce cardio into your routine to get your body fat percentage down.
I work out every other day, let me just say that I find no point in doing the things you described. Big waste of time if you ask me… Well maybe if you’re resistance training? But for building muscle or getting ripped or anything else, pointless. And I know because I’ve tried what you are talking about. But if you see results, then good for you, I doubt it though.
by taking a day break lets the body heal and your muscle grow. This is needed. what your doing is overload which is good. but one day break to recover is needed. then the next day go again and = after 6 weaks increase the intensity and duration as your body will have adapted to the last sessions. therefor you will overload the body again :)
lol yeah kinda. you definatly feel it the day after. and the day after that. and the day after that lol
that sounds like a lot
is that a bit much I guess is the question
I dont have a layer of fat on my stomache that I know of
I do see results. im gunu add more stuff in to help get all the muscles. I go it and it works for me but how do you do it
