my metabolism is terribly slow
my bmi is 23.5i feel really dispaointed and cant speed up my metabloism.even if I eat a small mufin, I will gain a lot of weight because it takes so long to break down.I have to eat healthy and excerise sooo much to stay at the same weight.its really hard because all of my friends can eat and eat and dont gain weight help
easy, if you work your big muscle areas out you will speed your metabolism up, running is good especially in a pool, chin ups, pull ups, push ups
I can eat and eat all day without gaining a pound, I run though, and I cheer, stay very active and don’t sit around the house. The smallest activity that invloves moving can make a huge difference. Also, I drink nothing but water, milk, and Diet Coke. Yum, and I eat Special K cerial.

how about eating less but more REGULARLY and exercising everyday. that’ll eventually speed up your metabolism.
(but it’ll take a few weeks)

Try drinking green tea and eating healthy breakfast. And, do eat 5-6 times small meal per day. =]
