My legs bend inward at the knees.

I gained a lot of weight and recently lost most of it, and I believe it is responsible for my steeply inward curving legs. There is an are in my knee where my calves just sort of protrude, and it makes my legs smoosh together when putting the upper section straightward down, and walking is more uncomfortable than it should be. What are some things I could do to fix this? I really don;t want to have to live with it.

Short of a Genu Valgum Osteotomy, which is a very hellish surgery with lengthy post-surgery adjustments to correct your bones, you may have to live with the inconvenience. Perhaps you can visit your doctor to get a professional opinion.
