Is it OK if my grandson has 6 fingers on his hand?

Hello, My grandson has 6 fingers, on his right hand, and he was born with 2 teeth, is this an okat thing, he is a cute little baby boy, now 4 months old and very cheerful. Can you advice me regrading the same. This is my first grand child. Thanking you Prue ( Grand Mother)

yes alot of babies are but an operation is normally done to remove the extra finger its nothing awful can be fixed easily!

Dear prue011, We hear babies born with teeth a fair amount of time…sometimes these teeth will fall out on their own. If they appear to give the baby a problem as far as maybe being painful take the baby to a doctor and he may easily remove them. The extra finger shouldn’t prove to be a problem either…when the child gets older they can remove the extra finger if that is what is requested. This would probably be recommended for self-esteem reasons. Don’t fret about these things both can be nicely taken care of in the future. Sue…good luck
