Twitchy fingers

My thumb and index finger on my right hand have been twitching a lot lately. Anyone know why this happens, or what I can do to make it stop?

Thanks for the suggestion, but its not the skin that is twitching, its the muscle.

It is on my hand, but its not the skin that is twitching (like in a flea bite) but the whole finger, because the muscle is twitching.
