I graduate next year in may I weigh 250 how much can I lose within this time
exersise and dont eat meals have healthy snacks try not to go over six a day and if you can join a sport do it soccer as defence is a lot of exersise and a easy potion
you can loose quite a lot !! just watch what you eat and exercise !! it al depends on you !!
go to the Y work out like crazy stop eating so much
exercise...
