“How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?”

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.

oh dear, well that isnt bad. im 5.3 and in 7th grade also, I way about 95. if your shorter than that, then you are fine, but taller is not healthy. if yoou ever need more advise about weight, talk to me. I can definately help.

how tall? because if your short than thats good but if you’re taller that might not be that healthy see I weigh more than you and im in 6th grade but my height is 5”3 sooo my weight is fine but how tall are you

you sound really skinny, please dont take offense to that. if you want to find out if it’s a healthy weight or not, just go to the doctors and have them find your BMI (body mass index), or there might even be one on the internet. just search for it.
