Four pounds in a week???

ok…so I really want to lose five pounds, in like, a week. I’m 105, and I really wanna weigh 101. I just turned fourteen a couple of weeks ago, I’m in 8th grade, and like I said, I weigh 105. their’s picture day in on fridayy, and I wanna wear these really cute jeans, but they don’t fit! they’re too tight…please help!! :)

the above is right your weight is fine you do not need to loose any more you could probably gain a bit more though you also need to realise that your going through puberty, so your body is going to change and your hips will most likely get wider, so if you cant fit into your old jeans, dont attempt to loose all that weight to get into them, just get the next size

You don’t need to lose any weight. Your weight is good enough. Just get another size up. And plus, there taking a picture of your head, not your whole body so you shouldn’t really worry about what you are wearing on your bottom half of your body.
