ok I need the second litter box..but she still just pee and doodoo everywhere.and there are no covers

To:andyzro

She is trained…but she just stop using the litter box

Answer #2

Hmm ok that is not normal for a cat A couple of things the vet suggested to me… Get a second liter box If the litter box is covered, take off the cover, if it is not covered, then try covering it Move it to a secluded spot Try using a different type of litter

It may be an infection, so if all fails, take her to the vet…

I am assuming by special you mean mentally? I dont know the answer to this question, but Im guessing yes a few are probably born that way but I doubt they survive very long…

Answer #3

Are you saying that she used to use the litter OK but has now got worse?

Or is it that she has never really got the hang of using it?

If it’s the first problem, we had that with two cats. The first cat would do it to get attention, expecially if she was angry that we hadn’t cleaned her litter tray since the last time she used it (she had a point). Once she had clean litter she went back to the tray, but every now and then she would just get into bad habits and begin to use the corner or the rug. She wasn’t very clever and that was all about training. The other cat just started to use other places as he became old and senile. There was nothing we could do about training him. We just had to be extra-vigilant.

Do either of those cases sound a bit like yours?

Answer #4

Sometimes a cat wants to pee in another place that where she deficates. Possibly 2 litter boxes would help.

Answer #5

I think she needs to see a vet, from what you’re saying. Good luck to you and the cat!

Answer #6

she need to be teacht where to pee , ask a veterian docor and he will tell you what to do , every cat is like that so dont worry , l8rzz
