How to stop my braces from hurting so bad?

My braces hurt so bad. Is there possibly any way of stopping this pain for a while. This is beside advil or stuff. Thanks in advice

If they’re hurting that bad, they must need adjusting - see your Dentist asap.

the only thing i can think of is asking your dentist..sorry..x hope it it stops hurting. x

Chewing gum (sugar free)… or humming helps too…

I have braces and I got them yesterday I drank soup and some warm food and it stoped hurting Try drinking tea I drank tea and my mouth wasnt hurting So do what I say and take my ADVICE

i just had my brace on yesterday aswell. cold stuff will probably make it worse as the teeth are very sensitive at the moment. soup, tea and hot chocolate are great! and just try to do other things to take your mind of it and you wont notice as much.

i got my braces on yesterday too! and mine hurt soooooo much! one thing you SHOULDNT do is eat doritos. thats one thing ill tell you. and yea if youre goin to school you should take a home lunch like some ramen or something. thats wat im doin cuz i was supposed to eat pizza but that was ahrd and so i only ate like fries and my milk :/ i was starving! and yea, my mom gave me some tylenol that i could take at school just in case, hope i helped :)
