DONT sleep in your bra as I think someone was suggesting. The glands in your breast need to drain when your not wearing a bra and it can be detrimental to your health if yoy dont allow that to happen. There is nothing you can do jow apart from surgery. But I bet they are not as bad as you think. Hardly anyone has perfect boobs. Dont let them ruin your life or your body image. Learn to love em. Push up bra’s with no padding are great.

eeemmm you no what im 13 aswell and myn are kinda little aswell, so I dunno what 2 do bout that k just wear a real thick padded bra. yh I think you should buy push up bra’s they’ll help. so nywyz please write bck 2 me and let me no if it helps u.

you cant change them if you have bigger boobs then there obvioulsy going to sag and hang low, because of all the weight theres nothing you can do to change them but you can buy a well supporting bra with underwire to help keep them up and to help prevent them from sagging too much in the future that and getting cosmetic surgery ( a breast lift maybe) is your only other option but surgery can not be done untill you are legally 18 years old
