how can i get my mum to stop smoking inside?

we have tried to get her to stop smoking altogether but that is just impossible. she smokes in the lounge room, the kitchen, everywhere. but she wont smoke outside. even on a nice warm day she still has to smoke inside and now my room and all my clothes smell like it and she wont stop! i have asked her to stop smoking inside but she is so ignorant and stubborn. i told my dad to tell her to stop but she still wont! she is so selfish. what can i do?

Research second hand smoke, and then bring all the information to her attention. By her smoking around you, she is basically filling your lungs with the smoke, and turning your lungs black, just like if you were to smoke yourself. Get all the facts, and information you can…and then present it to her.

If that doesn’t do it, then I am sorry to say this, but she is a very selfish and isn’t a very good parent. Good parents don’t put their child in harms way, just so they can do something they want to do. She needs to realize what she is doing, and compromise.

It’s her house. She can smoke in there if she wants. I don’t believe she’d go into your room to smoke. Just get a lock on your room door if she is.

I curse my mom out , and she still doesn’t listen.I tell her everything bad about smoking.it has come to the point where i use an inhaler now.so retarted.just keep your door shut and keep fighting with her.
