You’re 22 years old. I’m sure your mother wasn’t shocked by the fact that you are having sex, just shocked to SEE you having sex. I wouldn’t worry about it. If she hasn’t said anything about it, she’s obviously not mad. She’s most likely just as embarrassed as you are. Try making a joke about it if you think she’d laugh about it, or just ignore it and talk to her like it never happened.

I know this isn’t what you want to hear but I fell it is the best advice. You should talk to your mom (alone) and tell her that you want to talk about what happened. Most likely she isn’t happy about what she saw, but by going to her yourself you are showing that you are mature and willing to deal with problems instead of hiding. If you don’t initiate the conversation then there will be akwardness every time you see her until you talk about it. Try very hard to not be argumentative and please don’t tell her that you know what you are doing. That tends to set parents off in a bad way. Good luck!

If you have talked to her about sex before then it should be easy.If you had never talked to her before then it would be very hard for you to talk to her about it.I would wait til she comes to me.If she dont then you are in the clear .If she does let her know how you feel.

Just don’t say anything and if she doesn’t say anything leave it at that
