Can I move in with a friend to go to that County's school?

Im 13 and I live with my mom. she has joint custody of me with my father. I just recently had to move in with her because she has custodial parentship. The school I go to now i’ve been getting in ALOT of trouble and I want to move back to the county I was in before. Can I move in with a friend that lives in that county without having to go to court and sign legal papers? Am I able to live there without haveing to pay tuition for school or have ANY kind of legal action taken? Why or Why Not? Please Explain.

PLEASE HELP ME

Thanx, youto18

well if ur parents are ok with u jus goin to live sumwhere else then it shouldnt be a problem. however there are things you can do. you can explain to school that the person tht lives in the district of the school you want to go to is going to take care of u during the week. cuz of ur moms job. now u can also lie about ur address however sometimes tht doesnt work. however if ur mom is not ok with u jus to leave then there could be a problem. you can talk to ur school social worker or ur guidance couselor they could help u wth ur options. u might not want to hear this but u are a minor so ur parents have the final say. when you turn 16 u can get an amancipation, its like divorcing ur parents but u cn only do tht if u cn proove tht u have a job an da place to say and tht u cn support ur self i hope this helps
