How to wake up in the morning?

I got a problem. I always sleep normally and at least 7 hours a day, but every morning I feel so sick to wake up. Sometimes I feel so hard to get up from my bed, all I think is sleep and sleep… Please leave me a note… Thank You! :)

Thats NORMAL!! You just aren’t a morning person. Neither am I. Most people aren’t ready to just jump out of bed everyday. Try getting 8 or 9 hours and see if it helps any.
