I went through this before too iam so sorry, I know exactly what you are feeling, you can visit his/her family and keep in touch with them that would make them happy, you must know that she/he is still alive deep inside you, and trust me its ahard time now, but by time the pain will just disappear and you will remember only your great memories together, wish you love and peace.

Answer #3

I HAVE AN EXPERIENCE WHERE SOMEONE CLOSE TO ME DIED ALSO AND USUALLY IM A PREPPY PERSON, BUT THE BEST THING TO DO IS TO TAKE A PEICE OF PAPER AND WRITE ALL THE GOOD MEMORIES YOU TWO HAVE HAD TOGETHER, DWELL ON THEM FOR ABOUT ONE HOUR OR SO, THEN THINK OF HOW IF THAT PERSON WAS ALIVE THEY WOULD WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY AND TO BE THE SAME OLD YOU. BUT NEVER FORGET HIM/HER

Answer #4

It’s very normal for you to feel this way. Let yourself take time to grieve for your loss. If the feelings never go away and you stop being able to enjoy your life, then you need to talk to your parents and your doctor for some help.

I find it’s also very helpful to write in a private journal.
