Is there any natural way to lower your metabolism besides waiting until you're older?

If you really want to gain weight as i have seen from some of your other posts you need to eat healthy fats, avacados and nuts are a good source of healthy fats and slowly increase your portion sizes. If youre naturally skinny and not unhealthy then it isnt a bad thing.. many girls would love to be naturally skinny as long as it isnt a risk to your health you look fine to me

I mean yeah, you could eat more larger meals rather than snacking & be super lazy. It’ll slow it down. Your metabolism naturally slows down with age, embrace your fast metabolism because when your older, your not going to have it.

yea i already have around 10,000 calories a day all healthy foods. ive tried literaly EVERYTHING to gain weight and nothing works lol oh well :/ thanks though

Drink cold water before n’ after meals. Eat 5 meals a day but FIST size meals. Last but not least, work out 30 mins a day.
