What do you consider as "mature"?

Maturity becomes apparent when a person is willing to accept life on life’s terms. Willing to accept the fact that there is drudgery involved in getting what you want. This covers everything from working a job (drudgery), but provides the money to live and to acquire things that you want….to rearing children. Acknowledging and accepting that there is a “trade off” in everything that you want in your life…that nothing life is free…

I agree…you have to face reality to understand what being mature is…it’s not just saying: “I am mature because I feel mature for my age!” Proving it through life changes & accepting the responsibility for the actions we take is being mature! Being responsible…also showing how trustworthy you are! All of those things are sign’s of maturity! ♥

That’s a rather long answer, but it’s right. I like it.
It can be simply brought down to this. The ability to take on responsibility and do something about it.

mature people know the true meaning to life and act on their own will, take up responsibility and have the ability to understand other peopleand their point of view with respect- i think..

when yurr able to handle yurr own life and have the ability to take care of others while being able to make yurr own decisions.
