Male Ferret

My male ferret is very playful with the new female ferret I got him last week as a buddy. But she doesn’t play back. I afraid he is hurting her. Would it have been better to have gotten another male for him, not a female?

If your female ferret is new she will need time to get used to her surroundings and the male. Just give her some time to get used to things, its probably a big change from where she came from. Hope this helps :)
