Why am I having major hair loss?

I have always had my hair fallen out almost everyday but didn’t pay much attention to it because it wasn’t much and it didn’t see like a big deal to me. But ever since I got pregnant, my hair fell out even more. Now that I have given birth and 3 months has past, my hair is falling out twice as much and I’m really worried. is it because of postpartum pregnancy or am I aging fast? I am only 22 and had always had long hair. for the past week, I just saw my scalp being visible which means, it only took a few days for my scalp to show. how much more for the next few weeks. that might mean I’ll be bald or have very thinning hair to the point I look like I have a disease. If this is because of postpartum, will it grow back? both my parents are bald and have thin hair. but they lost hair around their 40’s-50’s which I think is young too but I didn’t think I’d lose my hair at such a young age. I’m worried and I need to find out how to make my hair grow back naturally. I just started putting aloe vera plan on my scalp. I heard it makes your hair grow and thicken. is there anything else I can do? do you know any products that I can buy to have my hair grow back and not fall out w/o any side effects? this is so serious to me that I even cried. that’s how much my appearance is important to me.
