How to prevent or stop hair and nail loss?

Hair loss exactly in the back, I’m a black female with thick hair. I have stop perming my hair recently as well

Well, in my case, being Black as well with thick hair; I keep my hair in medium sized box braids as it gets longer, I keep it moist with grease. I haven’t permed my hair in a while but I wash it every so often.

For the nail loss, are ya nails like disappearing or are you biting them?

Nails: I don’t know so much them but this is what I found:

  1. Keep nails short but smart until they regain their strength, this shouldtake about a month or two.

Keep them moisturised, but dont leave them in water. If you wear gloves todo the washing up, wear cotton ones underneath to soak up the moisture.

Keep hands out of the bath and dry them immediately after washing them.

i hav the exact same problem

  1. eat more protein
  2. Buy nail growth miracle (its like nail polish)
  3. Eat healtheir
  4. drink green tea( i heard that works but u need several cups a day)
  5. vitamins from the sun helps so sit outside
