Why do you girls lie so much?

I think guy lies more than girls and if almost every girl you met are liars than you should hang out with different people. but guys lie too. every where you go people are going to lie to you

I have been living in china over 5 years I am a man and I try to tell the truth all the time, but the fact is when I first come to china I told the truth to much and was hurt many time, than ask my friends here they told me to lie more as in the Chinese Culture lies are a part of life. I come to china to find a good girl here but some girls are good and same are not so good, some lie more than others, the big thing is this most that lie to get out of doing some thing, they will say they have a boyfriend they just met in the last 3 mins of chatting to them to get out of dating with you, if I told them my age they will say I am too old if I say I have been to university 8 years they will say I know too much, if I say I have 3 older brothers they will say I have to big of family, if I say I will stay in china all my life they will say I am a bad person in my country and cant go back and they dont want to be with me, in the end they have more excuses than any other girls I have come to know, so I say this 90% make excuses 9.9% lie and 0.1% tell the truth find the ones that tell the truth is the hard part. maybe every thing I just said is a lie but if we never try to believe than why live?

Girls lie for attention and self-esteem. They do want to make themselves feel included and funny and “cute” I am a guy but I know how this works. Guys lie about each other too. Like the generalization that I am completely and totally gay because of how I sit or talk. coughLIEcough Basically, I try not to lie but it is necessity sometimes. But, Girls lie, Guys lie.

Older women like me,39, don’t feel the need to lie.

Whether girls lie or whether lying in general is done, such activity comes from a person whose own sense of self is low. To make another person seem ‘less’, the liar will ‘create’ a falsehood in order to make herself feel superior. This happens a lot with young girls as they struggle to feel accepted themselves. When you become aware of such behavior, it is easy to detect a pattern of lying in that person.

If you are the one about whom the lie is being told, it doesn’t feel good at all. A good ‘cure’ is to confront the one with ‘Are you aware that you lie a lot about people and situations? Do you have any idea why you need to do that?” Keep away from details about this/that lie or incident. Stay with the concept that the person is out of integrity with being truthful. Get to the heart of the matter, that which is ‘inside’. And stay away from taking the lie personally. Get me?

I’m sorry that you seem to have met all the wrong people, but not all girls are liars.

if they are,it’s bc girls are more emotional. and they think that they’re gonna hurt your feelings otherwise.

but,not all girls lie. definitely not.

not all girls are liars. but the ones who are usually lie because they are insecure and want attention. they will just say stuff to be included in the conversation.

Well you have either just made a huge generalisation or have met a lot of liars. I know its horrible when someone lies and it breaks trust but don’t let it anger you and take it out on every other girl in the world. Good luck with finding a non-lying girl.

Not ALL girls are liars. Besides, guys do it too. I’m a girl and I’m very straight up and honest with things.

NOT All girls lie. but it’s impossible to say that we never did lie most girls lie to gain popularity or to say stuff to fit in with others or to impress others or stuff but I wouldnt say that all girls lie. maybe you just met the wrong girls.

girls lie to get attention especially if its from a guy.

me personally I dont lie because I want people to like me for me and for what im not or what I did and didnt do.
