maybe they think you are fat because they are skinnier than you. or maybe you feel skinnier than you were before but are still overweight. just don’t worry too much and focus on being healthy I bet you are healthier already than you were before when you were more overweight :)
if you think your fat, then your self esteem isnt as high as you think it is because you think your fat and your getting upset when other people call you fat people who say mean things like that re also insecure so they make fun of other people because it makes them feel better about themselves and there body image
