How can I get rid of lovehandles?

im about 5’5 and 145… but i have major love handles. and i dont like them. how can i get rid of them.

You have to work the whole body, use aerobic exercise at least 30 minutes . Cardio, 3 x a week, resistance training and cycling. Its impossible to spot reduce one area. When you burn fat for energy you use if from all areas of your body, so this is why I suggest getting into a all over body routine.

Trageting the area with crunches would help. For the best result try twist crunches

Twisting Crunches Lay down on your back on the floor, and put your hands behind your head. Raise your head a few inches, bend your knees, and place your feet flat on the floor. Raise your left knee off the floor and at the same time twist and try to touch it with your right elbow, all the time flexing your abdominal muscles. Return to start and repeat the movement for the other side of your body.

Continue this alternate movement for the other side of your body until you have completed your set (15 repetitions for each side, for a total of 30 reps per set).

How many set you do is up to you. However if you are just starting out I would start off small to see what you can handle and then go from there. If helps to continue to get right, and drink plenty of water. Good Luck!
