how to get rid of lovehandles?

I do some cardio, and I’m changing my diet but I’d like to know a way to target that area. other exercises I’ve tried would build muscles right there which just made it bulge more. Mine aren’t too bad (I weigh 120 pounds and I’m 5’4’’) I just want to decrease them a little.

You cannot target weight loss. You lose weight consistently across your entire body so if you are planning to lose the handles expect to lose it from other areas as well.

Diet is key and so is exercise. If you are doing the same routine you should change it up or make it harder so you are burning more calories and pushing your body harder.

As long as the work out is at a medium rate, at target zone, the proper heart rate for your age and such, enough to make you breath hard but not so much that you can’t speak while doing it, should let you lose extra fat without really building muscle.
