loss of interests?

I don’t feel like doing anything. Half of the times I don’t want to eat, watch T.V, write, and go places. I love to write stories, read, go places, and watch T.V. I just don’t feel like doing any of that. I don’t know what to do anymore. I want to have interests in my favorite hobbies, How can I get back to having fun?

Answer #1

As said, it could be depression. Is there anything stressful going on or has something happened that has caused you to feel down?

For whatever it’s worth, I suggest that you push yourself to do normal activities, even if you don’t feel like it. Try doing things that make you happy, too. If there’s something going on that’s draining you emotionally - let it out. Make a rant blog, if you want. It’s good to get it out.

If you don’t feel better soon and don’t know the reason, have a talk with your doctor.

Take care!

Sounds like Depression. Are you under a lot off stress or pre-occupied?

Schedule time for the things you normally do and do them anyway. Perhaps routine will override the loss of interest.
