Losing weight in around a month?

How much weight could I possibly lose within a bit more than 3 weeks? And fast?

to lose weight and keep it off, you want to only lose 2 pounds a week. otherwise you will gain it all back.. possibly more. if you lose more than that, some of the weight is muscle mass, which you need to burn calories. if you lose muscle mass, it will be harder for you to burn fat because it will lower your metabolism.

it depends on how long u’ve been trying to loose weight for b/c when you excersice or what ever to lose weight your body becomes used to it so you dont lose anymor weight. If you work out more I’d say like 10-20lbs
