Are my habits making me lose weight?
Does coffee make you lose weight. I smoke a lot of cigarettes too. I’m 5’7 and weigh 105 lbs at 33 years old. I would like to gain weight. I can see my curves for all my curves for all my thinness.

Many resolutions are money-oriented: Make more, spend less, save more, get out of debt
well cigarettes and coffee cause weightloss and there is always quiting smoking…it will help u to gain the weight and make ur health a whole lot better…my grandmother used to smoke and she was 5’6 and 95 lbs..she quit smoking and she gained weight and became a lot healthier. it helps in the long run also.
Actually coffee & cigarettes can cause weightloss and maintaining a low weight. For weight gain you must eat 3500 calories. Every 3500 calories equals one pound.
If you give up coffee and smoking you will gain weight as you will eat more - they both suppress appetite.
you should eat 3 healthy meals a day and add desert.;)
