Lose Weight in For days

I Want To Loose like 10 pounds! But I Need To Do that in 5 Days! what should I do?

go vegetarian??? for 2 or 3 weeks. You’ll see a HUGE change!

Cut down the pop. Actually just take that outta the picture lol. Just drink a lot of water. You’re suppose to drink like 68 oz. I hope you like using the restroom lol. Eat smaller portions of food. Get lots of protein and excersize. 70% of the time you think you’re hungry you’re honestly just thirsty.

You can’t lose that much in 5 days. If you’re lucky, maybe 1/2-2 pounds (if anything) You have to lose weight the right way, or you’ll gain it all back and then some. CUT out soda!!! I cut out soda (I drank it pretty much everyday)and drank nothing but water. Controlled my portions better, and exercised frequently and I lost 11 pounds in 41/2weeks. :)

weight loss does NOT happen fast it happens GRADUALLY and it can take months to loose weight and see results not hours, not days, not weeks…MONTHS and 1-2 pounds a week is about as much as you should loose, no more healthy eating and regular exercise is the only right way to loose weight anything else will either damage your health make you gain all the weight back and then some or do both and first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because you may not need to loose any weight

you can always try eating less and exercising but I dont think you will lose 10 pounds in like 5days try to eat less but healthy!!! good luck!!!

you need to make sure you eat healthy or if your really concerned about it, maybe look into weight watchers =] good luck honey!

Hit the sauna and then exercise hard!..and drink a lot of water!
