How do I lose my Self-Esteem Issues?

I’ve been trying to lose them, and i only care about other people, It doesn’t matter to me about myself at all. I would die for someone. But the thing is, when someone compliments me, I can’t believe them. I’ve tried, I just can’t. Please, help me? How can I get Self Esteem?

Umm I would try and talk with somebody close to your or a counselor sorta person this way you believe all these things that people say about you.

I don’t think you need a counselor. Everyone has self esteem issues to some point, you just have to learn to get past them. Maybe you’re not perfect, but neither is anyone else. You just have to learn to accept yourself. It’s not that hard once you get past it.

I also suffer with Low self-esteem and this morning, I cried because I believed that I am beautiful :) Just keep telling yourself and take HEAPS of photos. :)

I try to take pics, and sometimes im like, o those are… really pretty :$ and other times im like. 0.o thats gross.

Then, just keep the pretty ones. Because, that’s you. I have the same thing. Just keep looking at the pretty ones. Positive thoughts. Helps. :) Hope this helps.
