k eat only celery letuce and only little bits you should have only like half a meal a day and drink twice as much water up until two days before the day you have to be the desired weight then drink a quarter that amount and a day before eat nothing, this whole time you should be running while wearing a sauna suit, this works I lost fifteen pounds in two days just from the sauna suit alone. this isnt for pussies its hard work and most people cant do it but theres no greater feeling then when you make your weight
40 pounds in two weeks is WAY unrealistic.
To lose weight and MAINTAIN it you need to undergo a LIFESTYLE change, something which is permanent and includes eating healthy and exercising for as long as you live.
about 5-10 pounds is more realistic within two weeks.
oh and kahkistarfish you diet is VERY unhealthy, 6-8 meals are recommended, not half a meal a day, that is just stupid, it means that you are starving yourself and in the long term you could have a range or health problems.
