How can I lose weight I've put on recently?

well im 5’1/2” and im sometimes 125 lbs or 130 lbs. idk why b/c i barely do eat and my dad always gets mad at me when i say im fat b/c i am. this is depressing. i used to be stick thin when i was a little girl b/c i had a fast metabolism and it started to slow down in 5th grade cuz i got my period then, but now im taking medicine [chinese herbs] to help my metabolism get faster since my accupuncture said i have an eating disorder [not anorexia or bulimia] like i dont really get hungry or anything.

im 5’ 1/2’ too and a month ago i was 133 and now im 123. only because i was at camp tho and the constant sports and activities helped me lose weight. how old are u? im 15 and i feel like ive been fat for like 5 years

Moderate excersice eg walking and eating healthy.. You should be eating at least 3 meals a day.. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, with small snacks inbetween. Eat fruit, salads and vegetables. Note: your meals should be on the small proportion

Not eating slows down the metabolism!!

u need help beacuse ur not fat and if u were fat then i would be big beacuse im 150 pds but i dont look it so u probly dont niether

As Mieca said, not eating just makes your metabolism slow down. So you should eat small meals/snacks often.
