Lose 2 stone before end of jan how??
I’m trying really really hard to lose just over 2 stone 4 end of january 2009. I try and do it 4 one day then I just slup and can’tdo it anymore. Does anyone know any basic meal plans(not stuff to eat) but way to eat them like skip breakfast have hea;lthy dinner stuff like that. I’m 14 and 10 1/2 stone! Massive???

Use a sturdy object to do sit ups on they are more effective that way (yoga ball, arm of sofa, etc) -Also do elbow to knee crunches (side ot side), it works out your sides. -Do not skip meals, small but frequent meals are the best way to loose weight -Drink water all day (only drink juice for breakfast) -Write down everything you eat - you are less likely to overeat that way -No buttery flavorings, use hot sauce and spices instead -Salads - but no dressing, use vinegar instead -NO fried foods, only grilled or baked -Do not eat or drink anything with fructose, corn syrup, or things you can’t pronounce. -Carry healthy snakcs in your purse so you wont buy junk out of vending machines -Use vegetables to bulk up meals. You can eat twice as much pasta salad loaded with veggies like broccoli, carrots, and tomatoes for the same calories as a pasta salad sporting just mayonnaise. Same goes for stir-fries -Avoid Carbs (white foods) -Eat only when you hear your stomach growling -Eat fruit instead of drinking fruit juice -Order the smallest portion of everything -Substitute a handful of almonds in place of a sugary snack -Get most of your calories before noon -Do not eat after 7 pm -Brush your teeth after every meal, especially after dinner. That clean, minty freshness will serve as a cue to your body and brain that mealtime is over
I do think 30 pounds is a lot to lose in a month. maybe 2 but not 1.
It’s unrealistic. Whenever you ware losing weight - you should never give yourself a deadline. Just follow what I said and let it go at a healthy pace.
That is so unrealistic, seriously. lol 2 stone is a big deal. 30 lbs in a month isnt going to happen. before you do anything, get a realisitic goal.
make water your primary drink, dont have much pop unless its diet or zero, sugarless, w/e eat stuff like fruits and vegetables, protein (fish especially) No red meat. hour of excercise per day Whether htat be walking to the shop, taking 10 mins half an hour on the treadmill 10 doing situps another 10 walking up the stairs Do anything as long as it gets your heart pumping faster.
I think mandyloo’s plan is really good! I wud go with that!
