Loosing Wight

I am 15 years old. I weigh 49 kilos ( 107 lbs )and am 5’5 feet tall. I have HUGE hips, and want to loose weight without hunger. does anyone have any tips on loosing weight and my massive hips? thanks.

I seriously doubt that your hips are huge. for your age group, you are at about the 20th percentile, which means that almost 80% of your female peers of the same height weigh more than you. The rest probably look like little boys, which is not healthy, or attractive. There is no reason for you to try to loose weight, and doing so could have serious negative effects on your health. You could consider toning your muscles. Do some yoga to give your body a longer, leaner look. Find an exercise routine that you enjoy. Do not expect your weight to get lower, as your body’s health is not about your weight, but about your fat to muscle ratio, how much water you drink, if you are getting the right combo of nutritional elements. Eat something from every food group with every meal, and your skin will glow, you will feel powerful, and you will even think better. Also, I DO NOT suggest the Atkins diet. Atkins restricts carbs WAY TOO MUCH, which severly dereases your brain’s ability to produce serotonin, and this will cause you to become sluggish and depressed. The goal for your body is to look healthy, vibrant, alive, confidant, and energetic. If you starve yourself, your body will actually eat it’s own muscle, causing your metabolism to go down, and your body fat percentage to actually be HIGHER.

If you seriously want to loose wait i dout ull be able to get red of the hips, but if you want to loose wait just like after dinner run around your block or niebor hood.Personaly You dont seem like you need to loose wait cuase 5’5 and 107 pounds that sounds pretty good to me!
