I would say no. Swimming is a great exercise, but not the best method to lose weight by exercising. :) Running/jogging, Roller blading, and bike riding are the better methods to burn more calories. However, results vary person to person. Remember to eat at LEAST 1,200 calories a day and more if you are exercising frequently. vegetables and fruits are important.

There is no “fastest” way to loose weight. Everyone looses weight at a different rate and different ways - you just have to find what way works for you and what way you prefer.
