How much would I lose by doing this?

In one week how much weight could I roughly loose if I did about 30 mins of skipping (rope) about an hour of walking, and for breakfast had one slice of toast and vegetables for tea? (no snacking inbetween) Thanks for your time :). xxx

actually to loose weight you shud snack your biggest mean needs to be breakfeast and least is for dinner you shud eat 6 SMALL meals a day obviously healthy things like grapes and nut and meats

trty all that but an hour of RUNNING and they you will see a difference. (about 4-5 lbs.) =]

if you’re already skinny, like you are, you probably won’t lose that much, considering theres not much you’re ABLE to lose!
