How much weight will I lose?

How much weight can I loose if I eat an apple for breakfast (60 kcals) and had a dinner which had about 250-300 kcals. Did about 1 hour of dance, and 2 hours of walking? Thanks :):):) x

I don’t know how many calories you would be burning, but I thinking you will lose a good amount from that. work out your BMR. that’s what your body burns everyday just to keep you going. so take your BMR number and the cal’s you burn from excercise off the cal’s you eat and you’ll def’ be in the minus. as far as I know for every 900 cal’s you are in the minus you lose 1lb.

Doing that would make your metabolism slower, which would just make you gain more weight in the end. Eat 6 small meals a day, MAKE SURE TO EAT BREAKFAST, have your veggies, fruit, lean meats, whole grains, and dairy products. Exercise, and keep and active lifestyle, and you’ll lose weight and maintain it too.

You actually have to burn 3500 calories to lose a pound. Once again if you consistently starve yourself you will lose weight. Its eating after you’ve starved yourself that makes you gain weight. And if you’ve starved yourself for three weeks and lose like 15 pounds you won’t gain it back by the time your metabolism is back to normal.

Answer #4

you will actually lose more weight by eating small meals during the day and drinking a lot of water… can cant starve yourself because that will just make you gain wait, because you arent working your metabolism… and it is very unhealthy… the key isnt to starve yourself it is to have balance eat lots of fruits and fiber try to stick to whole grains and wheat… and just dont eat junk foods… also dont eat anything two hours before you go to bed… I hope I helped…

It depends on a lot of things. How much you weigh n how much you normally excercise etc. But you will lose weight are you are WELL under the RDA. It isn’t good to sink this low beyond the Reccomended 2000. Check out your BMI adn see what that says http://www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk/magazine/interactive/bmi/index.aspx

The above URL is a BMI site.

If you have a good BMI then don’t try and lose weight before it is not good for you and you shouldn’t harm yourself.

If you get hungry in between these eating times, have a piece of fruis, some celery, or a couple of tomatoes. these are really low in callories. Also, if you start to feel weary after a few days then you REALLY should eat because you are then constantly running low on energy and/or malnutritioned. I speak from expreience. It is NOT good. Also… for me at least… it lowers your self-esteem BIG TIME.

Hope this helps.

o you might want to look into what should be your healthy body weight… you might not need to lose a lot of weight you might just want to tone your body… get some excerise but dont over work youself…

Answer #7

Starving yourself will make you lose weight. It’s starving yourself then eating that makes you gain a lot of weight.

Answer #8

You will lose loads of weight but sadly the majority of it will be muscle mass and water weight which you will gain back. Your metabolism will become very slow due to your body going into starvation mode which will also cause you to store fat. Ideally you should keep up that exercise and eat 5-6 small meals of the right foods (oatmeal, lean proteins, green veg etc) you will become leaner and keep it off.
