make sure you actully need to loose weight first.. you may just need to tone up. also remember -loose weight slowly. its the best way too keep it off. remember to eat a balenced diet - fatty foods included!

do loads of sports and exersize loads bt eat only your main meals lk breakfast lunch and dinner im sayin no snacks there wht pt your weight on my bro did it and he lost stones quite quick and he used to b fat nows hes skinny bt don’t get skinny because thts nt right and healthy try to eat healthy so if you do have a snack eat fruite or veg hope I helped x x
