120 is skinny, depending how tall you, are… dont try to lose weight! if anything jsut try to eat healthier and excersice maybe to get more toned, don’t worry about your weight though, its totally fine.
actually, excercise doesn’t really help you lose weight, it only keeps you from gaining weight.
it would be really hard, because if you are 120 pounds you are already skinny! don’t try to lose so much weight, it would be unhealthy!

you need to realise that being 100 pounds would make you either underweight or on the brink of it depending on your height and weight it could also almost kill you and f*ck up your health see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated he/she will be able to tell you what weight range your in for your height and weight and how much you need to loose or gain to be in the healthy weight range

- Exercise! You’ve got to stay active. I was struggling with the same issue. I don’t know your conditions, I mean you could find a comfort in food or you could just eat when you’re bored. Whatever the reason, a healthy diet is best. Diet isnt just ‘cutting back’ it’s taking the time to eat and drink healthy at meal times. Also, taking the time for them to be digested. At least 3 bottles of water a day because they double the servings and for many people 8 servings [ 4 bottles ] is too much. Vegetables, fruits, and water will be your new best friends honey. You can take the time to set aside a day to cheat, a tad,on your diet because without doing this, you’d have nothing to look forward to.
