Loose the weight.

Ok so I am a little chunky and I want to loose some weight to fit into a dress that I will wear on dec.20. How do I loose some fat in a 4 week period. I have tried starving myself and excersising but when I starve myself I feel sick and eat and when I excersize I give up. I weight 145 and im 15 and am a size 8/9 how can I look better without feeling sick?

  1. Don’t starve yourself, it will make your metabolism slow and you will actually gain weight.
  2. Eat 3 similar sized balanced meals per day. Make your plate 1/2 protein, 1/4 starch, and 1/4 vegetables.
  3. Exercise at least 30 minutes, 4 times a week.
  4. Drink a lot of water, not soda or fruit juice.
