loose it by Saturday
on Saturday I have to get pics taken…I have to wear this dress and I already got it but it makes me look fat. well I think I do. I need to get thinner by Saturday…(I’m sick so I can’t go out sideand run) how can I loose about 6-10 pounds by Saturday…pls help I’ll try anything that I could do (I still have gym in school but what can I do to loose 6-10 pounds)
Well here is what I can tell u, your not going to lose that much weight that, fast, however I can tell you how you can look better and feel better about your self. First off, eat healthy, fruits, veggies, and some meat. Eating pineapple is really good, it’s healthy and makes you feel bloated so you are less tempted to eat more than you want. Also, before eating have a glass of water, sometimes you can mistake thirst for hunger. Try chewing each bite of your food 15-30 times, you will realize whether or not your full. Also, you have to exercise, dumbells and other weights are great. Or if you don’t own any, try getting a gallon of milk or just fill one with water and do some reps.one more thing, if the picture is sitting down make sure to keep good posture with your back straight. I’m only 13 but I hope this helps haha

CONFIDENCE, is the key. say to your self you are beautiful, even if you dont believe it, say it. and slowly you’ll start to feel better. Or you could eat chicken noodle soup for the rest of the week and nothing else, since you’re sick it will help with that too. (I was just kidding, eat normally)
