How do I loose weight when my mums tells me im fine ?

My mum always tells me I look fine as I am. But she has to say that. If im unhappy with my body its not up to her.

I figure skating every monday, wednesday, thursday, saturday and sunday. I go to a dance class and then jogg 4 miles on tuesdays. I dont eat a lot, and the food I eat is usually healthy. How do loose weight ???

If you are getting that much exercise and eating healthy foods and you don’t lose weight then that is your body telling you that you do not need to lose weight. Keep in mind that muscle weighes more then fat so someone who is the same size as you but has more fat compared to your muscle will weigh less then you but they are still fatter then you!

the awnser is…you don’t. I know your going to say that I sound like your mother but lets face it. you are the most active person that I know of. all of the regular activities that you do, are the normal exerciseing things that people try to lose weight. and if you didnt loose weight from doing that then your not. the only other thing that I can think you could do is starve yourself and take weigth loss pills, but trust a person who has been through that before. IT’S NOT THE WAY TO GO! I have tried a lot of weight loss pills and all they did was make me want more food, always be nervous, scared of everything,…long story short it made me nutts! so obviously you are in the best shape possible if you aren’t loosing weight from your normal activities. in the words of your mother, “your fine as you are”…
