ohh a lot of ways! running lunges those box steps climbing stairs dips squats calf pumps going to a gym at school or even working out at home is so good I work out everyday at home and I feel so good afterwards good luck, and stick to whatever your doing and you will see results:)
loosing weight at a certain area is quite hard to do… and I think it’s quite impossible, but if you’re talking about toning them… then I say doing 3sets, 30reps of squats will work out your thighs, then 3set, 20reps of calve rasies will do good for your calves!! other that that, eating right, dieting and exercising is what makes you loose weight!!
run a lot, at first it will make the musscle smaller, but if you run to much it could make it bigger
