The Correct Settings You Should Have For Maximum Security!
Follow These Steps: 1.Open Tools-Options
2.Go To The SEARCH TAB
3.Make Sure It Is Set To Audio Only(And Clear it Once in A While By Pressing the Clear Now Button Which Clears your Searching History)
4.And UNCHECK All Of The Boxes
5.Now Go To The DOWNLOADS TAB
6.Choose Your Destination For Your Files to Be Saves Or Leave Like That.
7.Make Sure ONLY THE FIRST BOX IS CHECKED! (if You Want Check Clear Downloads After Finished Your Choice.)
8.Now The SECURITY TAB
9.Now Ignore All The Writing And Settings he Last 2 Boxes Are Your Choice I Strongly Recommend Not To Download Copyright Or Adult Content As These Are The Mostly High In Infection Possibility Not so Much The Copyright its More Legal Issue But Adult Content YUP! For Sure Your Gonna Get A Virus So Make Sure Dont Show Adult Content IS CHECKED! And Leave The Copyright Thing UNCHECKED!
10.Now The MISC TAB
11.CHECK System Notifications Up To You If You Want Sound Notifications
12.NOW THE ADVANCED TAB
13.HAVE ALL FIRST THREE BOXES CHECKED!
14.MAKE SURE RUN LIMEWIRE ON STARTUP IS NOT CHECKED!!!
15.MAKE SURE "when I press X IS SET TO CLOSE PROGRAM"
16.You Decide About Bugs

Now For File Sizes Just Make Sure You Click Classic View When Searching For Songs And Make Sure You Only Download Good And Above Quality Preferably Stick With Great And Excellent FIles And That Are ,MP3
AND For The MEGABYTES I'd Say 1.0 Megabytes To 8.0 Megabytes To Be Clear Megabyts Don't Really Matter Just Make Sure it DOES NOT PASS THE 10 MB FILE SIZE it COULD be 11MB But NOT 15
NOW FOR KB SIZE I'd Say About 400KB AND ABOVE

Yes its unsafe if you dont have a fire wall Yes it will give you viruses if you dont have a firewall YEs it is highly illegal however if you dont re-post the music on limeiwire you wont get caught.
1)it can be unsafe like bring loads of viruses. 2)lol ^^ :] 3)yeah its illegal. 4)it annoyed me so I deleted it like after 2 secs haha it wouldnt work.. but it seems to work for everyone elsee.
I've been using it for a long time. So far so good. Just be careful..Dont download porn, or documents. The only tin I get is music..and the MP3 kind.
