Letting out my stress?

What can I do about All my built up anger due to Parents School Relationships Friends? In an affective way.. breaking things and how do you say…punching things taking my anger out in ways that I’m not sure if are correct..but I am In love with playing soccer. And I’m not sure if that would make a Better stress letteroutter??? Can anyone help please..??

Any type of physical activity is great to let out aggression because it sends off a lot of hormones and levels out your blood pressure after the fact and you end up sleeping better :)

well get your cardio going ,try dooing some exercising or dancing while listenibg to music and if that dont work make yourself cry. it really helps

everyone says doing an activity but I am an intense swimmer and I have 2 hour practices EVERYDAY and during it I feel even more stressed becuase I am thinking of all the stuff I need to be doing so I usually am stresses all the way until a break like spring break and then I am usually sick so this didn’t really help you much. try dropping something out of your life

Oh yes, your favourite sport or hobby is the best stress relief - it’s using your energy and passion in a positive way. There’s a lot of talk these days about how it’s NOT good to blow up and let off steam by showing anger and going on long rants. Not good for blood pressure or heart. So channel your stress into all that good stuff :)
