How to stop getting so stressed out?

I always get so stressed out about everything because people are always expecting so much from me!!! I get really good grades, so everybody always comes to me for answers, and if I don’t have them, they say something like, “OMG, am I actually smarter than YOU right now?!” or when it comes to piano, my teacher is always saying things like, “great job, I can’t wait to hear what you have next week!” but then if I don’t get time to practice, I feel like I am letting her down. Same thing with sports like soccer, I feel like my coach is always expecting so much for me that if I don’t deliver, she will be disappointed. Don’t get me wrong, compliments are nice and all, but I always have so much pressure on me to do good in EVERYTHING so when I don’t, I get really stressed that I’m letting someone down, whether its my parents, my teachers, my classmates, my coach or my piano instructor. What should I do?! Everyone tells me I need to stop getting so stressed, but I don’t know what to do about all of this!!! HELP PLEASE!!???!!!

don’t worry about living up to other expectations, live up to yours. and don’t worry about letting others down, bc chances are they’ve let you down before and/or they will let you down atleast once or twice. live your life for you, not others.

thanks, but its not as easy as it sounds!!! Sometimes I feel like if I let others down, they won’t like/love me anymore!!!
