Legally drop out?

you have to be 16 in texas I dont know about where you live

You need to be ‘old enough’ to drop out because clearly you’re too young to know what’s best for yourself in the long run. Dropping out is a horrible idea and a horrible start to life.

as long as you can land a job that you enjoy and have a sin number.

I’m not sure of your situation, but I would consider staying in.

I just dropped out at my school(im grade 10) what I did was talk to my Vice Principal explained why I wanted to drop out and he gave me all the papers I needed I had my mom fill them out and now im out but my best advice for u is if you do drop out go to a community college and take classes there im doing that and still getting my high school diaploma and my asscioates just without being at a regular school its fun and not so much drama hope it helps

Well, if this is your choice, then you should plan what your next step is. Ask your self where will I stay, where will I go, what will I do for money? the economy isn’t looking too great, the job market is very competitive, and many places look for education. If you don’t have a diploma, they probably won’t even look at your application. So do yourself a favor and plan before you do drop out.

No… considered that for too long… yearrrsss much too long… and I’m certain that this is what I want to do… Do you really want to know what a horrible start off to my life would be, well you should check into my past… I really hate to be sooo mean and ignorant when I say that… but please understand, that I have been waiting to be “old enough” for years now… I’m tired… and finished with school… just done with it… thank you for telling me why, though.
