Drop out!?!?!

Well here’s the thing mom told me I could get my ged but I am not sure if you can in high while taking it cause I heard it from 3 people that yoiu have to drop out first is thsat true??? And how do you do it please help me!!! Thank you have nice day!!!

yeah, I think you gotta drop out first…I say GO FOR IT!!! :p

a GED doesnt look as good as a hs diploma. only drop out if its really really necessary.

Nobody really cares about your high school education. Hopefully you will at least continue your education at a 2 year college–otherwise you will be doing the least desirable jobs for the rest of your life.

College will trump high school and nobody will ever ask if you have a high school diploma. Get a 2 year liberal arts degree from a junior college. Dropping out altogether is not good. GED or high school diploma–not much difference.

Some states, like California and Nevada, have a High School Proficiency Exam. Check if your state has one too. You don’t have to drop out to take a proficiency exam. Just prove basic math and English skills after your first 2 years of high school and they will give you an equivalent of a diploma. You can then legally stop attending high school with your parent’s consent.
