SUPER bad headache What can I do
I had a SUPER bad headache I mean like HORRIBLE.
It wont go away I already took some pills but nothing.
What can I do before I blow my head up?
take some eccedrin, naproxen also helps. Go in a dark room where it’s quiet and close your eyes and attempt to sleep. for me sometimes I’ll take a hott shower in the dark and just sit on the floor of the shower and let the water hit my head.
Ouch,just ly down in your bed but have some extra padding under your head to make your headache less painful,I know how you feel,I had somewhat the same headache 2 months ago while on the site,I fell asleep on my desk and yet the headache got worse,I said screw the shower and threw myself onto my bed.
My favorite thing for head achs is BC powder and mountain dew. But on the bad head achs it only helps a little. The sent of chocolate also helps.
Can’t be that bad,take a relaxing bath not shower for at least 12 minutes then go dry off get dressed and turn some light music on that calms you down or relaxes you,close your eyes unil your asleep,the headache should be gone by tomorrow.
get off the computer lay down turn all of the lights off and go to sleep
Push on your head really hard and create pressure it helps my man when he gets bad headaches. xD
Stop looking at the screen. take an eye break
a cold flannel on your forehead
Oh trust me it CAN be this bad,
I did all the following I cant even sleep its past midnight.
